EXECUTIVE PROFILE

Curtis Weems held executive positions in the Point of Purchase, Store fixture and Paperboard Packaging Industries (Graphic Packaging, American Greetings and CDA Industries). Positions and duties included President & CEO, Executive Vice President, Director of National Accounts, General Manager and Sr.VP Sales & Marketing. Curtis has served on industry councils, Advisory Boards and Boards of Directors.

Throughout his career, Curtis developed organizations that exceeded goals through strategic leadership, setting high standards of excellence and recruited personnel that matched the companies values and goals. His ability to identify and develop personnel produced leaders who now hold senior executive positions of their own.

Curtis has worked with premier clients such as P&G, UPS, Wal-Mart, Rawlings Sporting Goods, Skechers, Target, FedEx, Warner-Lambert, Anheuser-Busch, Miller Brewing, Nike, M&M Mars, Clorox, Campbell Soup, Armstrong, ICI Paints, L'eggs Hosiery, McKee Baking and more.

As a college student, Curtis was an entrepreneur and a student leader. During his career at the University of South Alabama, he founded a janitorial service, created an advertising agency and operated a gasoline service business. In addition, he was the Business Manager and Advertising Director for the University newspaper and was President and Co-founder of the Gamma Phi Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi, a national fraternity.

While business is an important part of Curtis' life, his family is paramount and community volunteering is a core principle. He has served various community organizations including the Salvation Army, March of Dimes, Chair of a United Way Campaign and Rotary International.
